    Its like a colonial guy with a cape like this guy http://www.caufields.com/ProductImages/halloween/67/images/67_18016.jpg but with a cape or a pirate... like johnny depp in Pirates http://s2.thisnext.com/media/largest_dimension/C1A50F79.jpg
    either way i think its a guy with a triangle hat and a cape/coat, and maybe boots like johnny :)
