This is not your Grandma's Roller Derby. The Cincinnati Rollergirls are our team, and boy, does Cincinnati love them. They play to HUGE crowds (4,000 +) at Cincinnati Gardens every Spring and don't disappoint. This past weekend, our Silent Lambs team played the Gem City Rollergirls (Dayton's team) and our Black Sheep team played the Ft. Wayne team. We have two teams in our league, which means we always get treated to a double header. It's our favorite weekend activity and, as Ryan says, "the only sport worth watching anymore."We also went to a charity wine tasting this weekend at Vinoklet Vineyard in Colerain this past weekend. It was nice, but weird to be at a winery across the street from Rumpke.
